In cooperation with a qualified travel agency, a substantial number of double and single rooms, 4-star and 3-star hotels have been reserved, trying as much as possible to accomodate participants to hotels located in the neighborhood of the conference venue (see how to reach the venue) and in the charming historic downtown area.
