All attendees traveling to Italy must present an approved travel document (passport or identity card) and attendees from many countries will require a ‘tourist’ visa to enter the country.

Attendees are urged to contact their nearest Italian embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine where the application should be made and how long this process will take. The online registration at the conference is mandatory before submitting an Invitation letter request to the Secretarial staff.
